Alaska Missions and a team of ladies from the lower 48 and Alaksa geared up and headed North. The Native Women's Conference in Nome Alaska brought the Truth of the Word to ladies in the Norton Sound Region. God showed up in a big way!! We covered the town in prayer, participated in prison, elder, women and community ministries. Our guest speaker Trae Kendrick presented the Word over the course of three days. Several ladies from surrounding villages were able to join us. Two of our ladies offered their gifts and talents in basket weaving and painting so we could pilot breakout sessions back at the church. It was a huge success. Thank you for your prayers!! Relationships were built! We saw hearts turned towards the Lord some for the first time with one decision for Christ, and others with a rekindled fire. We shared meals together, sang songs, did crafts, laughed and loved on each other. God moved in a mighty way! We are looking forward to 2017.
