Where are you with God ?

JESUS is the ONLY WAY to God
"And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life and this life is in His Son. He who has the son has the life; He who does not have the son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may KNOW you have eternal life. " --I John 5:11-13 "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."--Acts 4:12 "I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through Me." --John 14:6 Your sins SEPARATE you from Him. "For all of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. ---Romans 3:23 " The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." --Romans 6:23 "All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way. But the Lord has caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him." --Isaiah 53:6 Jesus made a provision to restore us to God |
Repent- turn away from your former lifestyle and turn to Jesus. Invite the Holy Spirit to live in you and guide you into truth. When God's spirit enters a human being, He begins a transformation of the soul: your thoughts, feelings and will.
These are indicators of the Holy Spirit's indwelling a person:
When He comes into your heart, He will convict you of sin
When He comes into your heart, He will Teach you everything Christ has said (scripture)
When He comes into your heart, He will Guide you into all truth (about God and His kingdom)
When He comes into your heart, He will testify about Jesus (and you will want to do the same)
When He comes into your life, He will glorify Jesus. (and you will also want to glorify Jesus, affecting your lifestyle choices)
