Scouting Report: Looking Ahead to 2017 Kenai Peninsula Sports Camp

​Due to overwhelming demand for this camp, we are excited to announce that we will add a THIRD WEEK next summer! What an exciting opportunity God has given us to serve families on the Kenai Peninsula!

WE NEED YOUR HELP! With the added week, we need more coaches, athletes, and people who just love serving the Lord to join us next year on mission at the camp. Stuart Suddeth, AKMR Kenai Operations staffer and project coordinator  said, "The impact our mission volunteers have on these kids lasts all year long. These kids look forward to this camp for more than the sports they will play. They look forward to the love and joy they get as our coaches pour into them." 

This year at camp, each camper received their camp T-shirt and a Fellowship of Christian Athletes devotional resource. Next year, AKMR would like to include a new bible for each child! Please prayerfully consider sponsoring this effort! Your contributions toward this camp will enable the amazing gift of God's Word to be put in the hands of these young athletes.
