Haley Milyard is happily married to Luke Milyard, and together they have three beautiful children. They have both faithfully served nearly 20 years on active duty in the United States Coast Guard. This journey took their family from New Jersey to California to Virginia and now Alaska, where God has continued to open doors for their ministry.
Haley holds a big heart for kids' ministries. She joyfully served as a youth leader and Bible school teacher across California, Virginia, and Alaska to invest in children and partner with families to build future generations up in the faith and knowledge of Jesus. She continues to lead multiple Bible studies and small groups both virtually and in person with a heart to reach people of all ages and backgrounds.
Haley deeply loves creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, encouraged, and equipped to embrace God's calling on their lives. She recently launched a podcast called Girl Testify to encourage women to put their faith into action by sharing their story for His glory. Whether teaching, mentoring, hosting small groups, or engaging in one-on-one conversations, she seeks to point women to the hope, truth, and freedom found through the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
In 2021, Haley and her family moved to Kodiak, Alaska, to serve on military orders. She believes her military career was a continual training ground, teaching her to trust and obey God as He relocated them and opened doors for God's kingdom work everywhere He sent her family. He eventually called her to surrender to God's call to join the staff of Alaska Missions and Retreats, where she continues to spread the gospel and love of Christ.
